Inner City Swimmer

To date, I've competed in eight United States Masters Swimming Nationals and 1 Fina International Competition.  I’m happy to say, I’m giving it another shot! I’ll be flying out on August 8th to compete in the FINA World Masters Championships Budapest 2017. I’m 50% Hungarian and the first person from my family to go back to the motherland.  I’m very excited and feel so fortunate that I have been granted the opportunity to go!  Below are some links to help everyone follow the competition. It's been a long been a long time since my last post and I would like to take the time to personally apologize to all my faithful readers. I promise in the fall my story will continue. Since my last post I had just started a new contracting job on Dec 1st and life has been a whirlwind ever since. That contracting job turned into a full time position on May 8th and I've been extremely busy proving myself at a new company. Being the new guy is never easy and starting from the ground up has been a lot of hard work but I'm so grateful for the opportunity, the steady check and benefits. With that said, the amount of training that I actually wanted to do this year could not be brought into a reality. However, I was able to secure the time to go to the 17th FINA World Masters Championships Budapest. I am so very fortunate to compete in such a special, special event.
